Notice is hereby given that the Executive Director of the Harrison County Utility Authority will receive bids at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, MS, in the Board Meeting Room, until 10:00 a.m., August 21, 2019. Bids may be submitted electronically through www.hcua-msbids.com.Then, at said office, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the submittal deadline.

Scope of Work: Contractor to furnish labor, material, equipment, supervision, insurance and incidentals to install a Modified Bitumen Roofing System at the Keegan Bayou Wastewater Treatment Facility at 336 Iroquois Street Biloxi, MS 39530. The Admin. building dimension is 66.75 ft. wide by 111 ft. long (7437 SF). Existing roofing and sheet metal flashing to be removed and replaced with new roofing materials. The Contractor must insure a water-tight installation. Field verification of actual dimensions are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor will cooperate with the plant manager in continuing plant operation while this work proceeds. Admin. Building will remain open during the installation of the Bitumen Roofing System.

The bid package including bid forms, specifications and other details may be viewed from the Utility Authority office located at 10271Express Drive, Gulfport, MS 39503 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Prospective bidders must purchase bid packages online at www.hcua-msbid s.com.
